He is survived by: his spouse Gail; his children, Karen Fox (Chris) of Frankford, Kevin Cruickshank (Janice) of Cloyne and Brad Cruickshank (Michele) of Vancouver; and his grandchildren, Brittani Fox, Megan Cruickshank, CJ Fox, William Cruickshank and Ryan Cruickshank.
