It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Edwin Palmer (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on September 9, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his child Randy Joseph Palmer. He is survived by: his spouse Anita Patricia Palmer; his children, Robert Gordon Palmer (Debby), Rodney Peter Palmer (Lorraine), Eva-Marie Laviolette (Monte) and Andrew John Palmer (Lisa); and his sibling Evelyn Porter.
Memorial donations to Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
