He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Guppy and Ruby Guppy; his wife Joan Guppy; his son George Guppy; and his siblings, Grace Fitzpatrick and Donald Guppy.

He is survived by: his children, Bobi Peacock (Clive), Debra Harvey (Doug) and Robert Guppy (Pina); his grandchildren, Bradley, Sawyer, Leeann, Matthew, Conrad, Michael, Andrew and Robert; and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Carson and Poppi Mae.
