He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Keegan and Norma Keegan; his children, Jim (Joyleen) of Mississauga, John (Mandie) of Belleville and Jeff of Belleville; and his siblings, Jacy (James) of British Columbia and Charmaine of British Columbia. He was also cherished by his many nieces and nephews.
