He was predeceased by: his brother Steve; and his parents, Robert and Evelyn. He is survived by: his wife Dale Hogue; his daughter Blaize; the mother of his child Judy; his stepchildren, Jan, Erin, David and Danny Pedders; and his siblings, Larry, Mike and Linda.
