He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wardle and Doris Wardle. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Lynn Wardle (Mike Dickinson) of Guelph and Kelly MacDonald (Bryan) of Belleville; his grandsons, Cole, Hunter Dickinson and Evan MacDonald; his siblings, Christine Clare (Steve) of Edmonton, Mark of Edmonton, Gary of Peterborough and Allan (Valerie) of Ilderton; his nieces, Sheila Frost and Rosalie Buckley; and his nephew John.
