He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferne Bell and Oswald Bell; his son Timothy Bell; and his sisters, Dorothy Bell and Marie Clarke (late Paul).
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Bell; his children, Tami Montpetit (Kevin) of Napanee, Sara Bell (Tim Whalen) of Marysville, Melanie Ludgate, Brand (Tyler) of Kirkland Lake and Colleen Ludgate (Paul Cousineau) of Timmins; his siblings, Joan Weidhaas of Belleville, Esther Wray (Bill) of Kelowna, B. C., Doug Bell of North Bay, Iris Mason of Glen Miller, Henry Bell (Janice) of Kirkland Lake, Richard Bell (Yudy) of Waterdown, Sharon Vannest (Paul) of Stoco and William Bell (Germaine) of Read; and his grandchildren, Brittney, Christopher, Jessika, Robin, Makenzi, Kolten, Milaina, Mia-Fae and Riven. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
