He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Ristau and Gertrude Ristau; his siblings, Stanley (Joan), Geraldine Farr (Mancil) and Robert; and his brother-in-law Raymond Price.

He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Brian (Leona), Edwin (Gail), Cheryl McGuinness (Joe) and Randall (Patti); his siblings, Christina Lewis (late Willard), Richard (Ann), Wayne (Sue) and Keith (Lynn); and his siblings-in-law, Lindsay Price (Dorothy), Carolyn Long (Jeff), Eva Price (late Earl) and Donald Price (Edrie).
