It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Florence Howard (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on February 10, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wilson and Amelia Wilson; and her husband Norman Howard. She is survived by: her children, Morley Howard (Susan) of Plainfield and Barbara McCormick (Robert) of Toronto; her grandsons, Justin and Paul; and her great grandchildren, Corban and MacKay.
