We are sad to announce that, on December 14, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Ruth Pearl Laura Higgins of Belleville, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Spall and May Spall; and her spouse Thomas Patrick Higgins. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Higgins (Susan) of Smiths Falls and Wayne Higgins of Tweed; her grandchildren, Brendan of Ottawa, Rachel (Alexandre Gauthier) of Ottawa, Tyler and Cody of Tweed; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin and Julien Gauthier of Ottawa.
