With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sau Fong (Belleville, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Sau left this world on December 23, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her spouse Kam Fong; and her son Paul Fong. She is survived by: her children, John Fong (Fran) of Scarborough, Peter Fong of Belleville, Chung Yeung Fong (Louise) of Mississauga, Debbie Fong of Belleville and Po Chu Fong of Toronto; and her grandchildren, Amy, Laura (Aaron), Kevin and Aven.
