With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Emby (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on April 6, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Wayne Spurrell; her stepson Timothy Emby; her parents, Jess Jacobsen and Leona Jacobsen; and her siblings, Mary Jane Conway of Orlando, FL and Peter Jacobsen of Plattsburg, NY..

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Spurrell of Picton, Brian Spurrell of Tweed, Michael Spurrell of Mountain Grove, Mark Spurrell (Margaret) of Richmond Hill and Star Emby of Belleville. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
