He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Scott (Lori) and Andrea Cassidy (Chris); his grandchildren, Brittany (Curtis), Alexandra (Corbin), Matthew (Erika) and Emily (Brady); his great grandchildren, Raelynn, Juliette and Weston; his siblings, Patricia Kalapaca (Mike), Judy Glassford (Bill), Andy Burt (Wanda), John Burt (Janice) and Paul Burt (Kym); and his siblings-in-law, Susan Burt, Brenda, Bill Walker, Gail and Ian Adams.
