He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Collins and Marie Collins; and his daughter Anastasia Collins. He is survived by: his wife Judy O'Shaughnessy; and his children, Jennifer Isaac (Brad), Thomas Collins (Dani) and Michaela Collins (Jordan Coca). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
