With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Victoria Milligan of Belleville, Ontario, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Victoria left this world on January 30, 2026 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid adieu to Victoria's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Victoria has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Edwin Milligan; and her parents, Robert Ingram and Norma Ingram. She is survived by: the mothers of children, Suzette and Deborah (Dave); and her sister Jan. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
