It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wally Moffat (Belleville, Ontario), born in Tweed, Ontario, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Moffat (Harris) and Thomas Moffat; and his siblings, Michael Moffat (Catherine), Allison Brando, Millicent Moffat, Enid Moffat, Margaret Moffat, Cara Butler, Gertrude Moffat and Tom Moffat.

He is survived by: his wife Georgina; his children, Michael (Tess), Sharon (Mike Orr) and Terry (Jane); his grandchildren, Alex, Rachel, Emilie, James Tweedie and Amanda Tweedie; and his sister-in-law Patricia Reid. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

I believe my Mother, Donna Champagne (Manion) may have worked at Wally's finance company when she was just out of high school - does that sound possible?
