He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Chamberlain; his sons, Kevin MacDonald and Allan Chamberlain Jason (Terri); his caregiver Diane MacDonald; and his sister Eileen Mountney. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends.
