With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Wilhelmine VanUden (Belleville, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Wilhelmine left this world on November 27, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Martens and Wilhelmina. She is survived by: her husband Frank Cruickshank; her children, Mary (Ross McCurdy) and Carl VanUden (Nancy); her grandchildren, Tyler (Amanda), Tory, Mike (Kaitlyn), Jordan and Ruth-Grace; and her sister Marie Smeets of The Netherlands.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Burke Funeral Home (150 Church St, Belleville, ON K8N3B9). A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at the Belleville Cemetery (631 Dundas St W, Belleville, ON K8N4Z3).
