He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carr and Verna Carr; and his siblings, Harold Carr, Barbara Mountenay and Doris Francis.

He is survived by: his children, Lisa Carr of Belleville, Mike Carr (Wanda) of Brantford, Tony, Steve Carr of Edmonton, Alb and Bill Carr (Jody) of Baltimore, Ontario.; and his sister Marilyn Brunet. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
