He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Jane (Ron), Keith (Heather) and Mark (Laura); his grandchildren, Kate, Fraser, Michael, Gavin, Aidan, Nora and Ailin; and his great grandchild Liam.
Bill always kept a proud connection to Scotland, leading the Belleville Scottish Country Dance Society and representing Scotland in his many contributions to the Belleville community.
