He is survived by: his wife Marlene "Gail" Garland; his children, Rhonda Rae Messina (Carl) and William W. Garland (Anita); his grandchildren, Bill, John, Scott, Christopher and Vanessa; his great grandchildren, Rachael, Charlie, Ryder, Will and Lily; his sibling Shirley (Bill); and his nieces and nephews, Candice, Jeff, Susan (Bill), Lynn, Greg, Heather, Katherine, Laura and Glenna.
