William Proctor Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Proctor (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on October 5, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Proctor and Elizabeth Proctor (Mallory) of Sussex; and his siblings, Viola Purcell (Ken) and Harris Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Proctor (MacTavish); his sister Eileen McShane (Earl); his son Darren (Donna); his grandchildren, Carla, Dawnlyn and John (Jack); his great grandchildren, Sophia, Katrina and Colten; and his daughter Cecile Proctor. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, and beloved friends.
