She was predeceased by : her siblings, Kathleen Parkins, Dorothy Parkins, Margaret Woodford and George Stevenson; and her parents, George Stevenson and Kathleen Stevenson (Bennett).

She is survived by : her husband Alex Wood; her sons, Alan Wood (Gerri) and David Wood (Joanne); her stepgrandchildren, Shawn and Ashlyn; and her brother-in-law George Wood (Carole). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
