He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fred White (Susan) and Pio Marco Melchiorre (Clementina); his uncles, Garland White, Darcy White and William Cooper; his aunt Lillian White; and his cousin Michelle Arnoldin.
He is survived by: his parents, Pasquale Melchiorre and Dayle Melchiorre; his aunt Cristina (Roberto); and his cousin Tena Lawrence (Duane). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Flowers are graciously accepted and donations can be made to the Faith Pentecostal Tabernacle in Port aux Basques, NL or to the charity of one's choice.
