He was predeceased by: his wife Jocelyn Allen; his sisters, Adrienne and Diana; and his parents, John Charles Leighton (Jack) and Francis Louise Allen (Ackerman).
He is survived by: his sons, Eric (Aliya), Geoffrey (Shaila) and Christopher (Cindy); his grandchildren, Lucas, Isabelle, Rose, Claire, William and Jordan; and his caregivers, Ana Takim, Laura Giles and Maybel Narito.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Humphrey Funeral Home A. W. Miles - Newbigging Chapel (1403 Bayview Ave, Toronto, ON M4S2N4). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Redeemer (162 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M5S1M4).
