With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roy Johnston of Belmont, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Roy may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Ann Johnston (Dale); and his siblings, Margaret Kelly (late Ken), Ruby Ferguson (late Stanley) and Cecil Johnston (late Marilyn). He is survived by: his children, Dale (Robin) of Jacksonville and Brad (Patricia) of Naramata; and his grandchild Carter Johnston (Nayya). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
