She was predeceased by : her spouse Neil Malcolm of Blackstock; her child Jamie; her parent Art Cook; and her sibling Gordon Cook (late Lillian). She is survived by : her children, Gordie and Mary Lou (David Kellogg); her grandchildren, Brennan (Sarah), Alaina (Jeff), Jorden (Kayla), Janelle (Travis), Jeana, Natalie (Viren) and Jason; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Alivia, Julia, Kai, Nya, Mindy, Blair and Norah; her parent Louella Cook; and her siblings-in-law, Lawrence (late Gwen) and Jean (Jim Millet). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Port Perry Hospital Foundation or to the Blackstock United Church Memorial Fund.
