She was predeceased by: her siblings, Eddy Prokop (Jeanette), Lily Macharacek (Joe) and Jean Claude Prokop (Germaine). She is survived by: her husband Frank Coufal; her children, Jennifer Utley (Darrin) and Daniel Coufal (Ashley); her grandchildren, Hannah, Emily, Mackenzie and Austin; and her brother Michel Prokop (Maryvonne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
