He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Bud" Bowden and Mae "Pinny" (Turkington). He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Bill Jr. (Kristen), Jennifer and Jodi (Mitch); his grandchildren, Devin Bowden (Jill), Ryen Hill, Braeden Bowden, Wyatt, Ben and Gus Bushey; his pet Penny; his siblings, Betty Ann Allossery (Roy) and Gary Bowden (Christine); and his siblings-in-law, Jackie DeWispelaere (Ken) and Mark DeWispelaere. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
