He was predeceased by : his parents, Willard Downie and Marion Downie. He is survived by : his wife Wendy; his daughter Stephanie Pauly; his grandsons, Tyler and Ethan Pauly; his sister Wendy Trakinskas (Al); his nephews, Alan, David and Adam Trakinskas; his niece Julie; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lyla Moody, Chloe Trakinskas, Noah Moody and Benny Trakinskas; his brothers, Neil Downie and Perry (Penny); and his nieces, Lauren and Sarah Downie.
