He is survived by: his wife Greta Vanderveen (VanderPol); his children, Carol (Patrick Meyer) and David (Katrina Vanderveen); and his grandchildren, Logan, Lauren Meyer, Carter Meyer, Kate Vanderveen and Jack Vanderveen.
