She was predeceased by : her parents, James Tompkins and Norma Tompkins. She is survived by : her children, Bridgett Bailey and Brian Bailey (Judy); her sisters, Barb Gagner, Wanda and Ruthie; and her boyfriend Dave Tulp. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren.

In memory of Eleanor, in lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a memorial donation are asked to consider the Chatham-Kent Animal Rescue.
