She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Vogler and Marion Vogler; her parents-in-law, Owen and Dora Roberts; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Roberts, Sharon Goetz (late Sandy) and Thomas Roberts (Diana).

She is survived by: her husband Jim Roberts of Valentine's Day; her daughters, Melissa Roberts and Christina Roberts (Jean-Guy Gourdeau); her grandchildren, Meaghan and Kyle Garton; and her pet Maggie. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

In memory of Ellen, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Pet and Wildlife Rescue.
