She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Symonds and Grace Symonds; and her siblings, Evelyn, Cecil and Bobby.
She is survived by : her son David Milne (Deborah); her grandchildren, Kelly Milne, David Milne (Bernice) and Andrea Hodgson (John); her great grandchildren, Alexis, Connor, Ian, Alexander, Emily, Erica and Norah; her siblings, Joyce and Bill; her niece Vicky Symonds; and her nephew Bill Symonds.
Donations made in memory of Frances to the Canadian Cancer Society or Pet and Wildlife Rescue would be appreciated by the family.
