She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Symonds and Grace Symonds; and her siblings, Evelyn, Cecil and Bobby.
She is survived by: her son David Milne (Deborah); her grandchildren, Kelly Milne, David Milne (Bernice) and Andrea Hodgson (John); her great grandchildren, Alexis, Connor, Ian, Alexander, Emily, Erica and Norah; her siblings, Joyce and Bill; and her siblings' children, Vicky Symonds and Bill Symonds.
Donations made in memory of Frances to the Canadian Cancer Society or Pet and Wildlife Rescue would be appreciated by the family.
