He was predeceased by: his wife Carolynn Boothe; his parents, Elizabeth Boothe and George Boothe; and his brother Bob Boothe. He is survived by: his children, Dennis (Kat) and Stephanie (John); his daughter-in-law Wendy (late Jimmy); his grandchildren, Kirkie (Alex), Kalvin and Lexie; and his siblings, Elizabeth DeBaene (Wayne), Susan Daly (Brian), Emily Daly, Georgina Boothe, Kathy Gehl (Dave), Joe Boothe (Leanne), John Boothe (Donna), George Boothe, Pam McCullough and Lynn Ameel.
