John Connor Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2026, at the age of 86, John Connor of Blenheim, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Jackson; his wife Jacqueline Connor; his son Richard Luce; his brothers-in-law, Richard Luce (late Jan) and Ronald Luce; and his mother-in-law Winifred Reitmeyer (Howard Luce).
He is survived by: his children, Tammy West, Drake Connor (McArthur), John Connor, Fay Walsh (Tyler), Paul Connor (Gillian) and Stacy Moceri (Jay); his siblings, Toyce Smith (Duncan), Shirley Schmidt (Dennis) and Dean Jackson; and his grandchildren, Rebie, Haley, Kayla, Jaz, Wini, Beca, Landon, Candace, Dana and Emilee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great‐grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the McKinlay Reception Centre (463 St Clair St, Chatham, ON N7L3K6).
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
