She was predeceased by: her husband Cameron Fulkerson; and her parents, Joseph and Mary McCarthy. She is survived by: her children, Brad (Yvette) and Michelle (Fred); her grandchildren, Chelsea (Tyrus), Danielle (Jeff), Tanner and Megan (Adam); and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Olivia and Jett.

Friends wishing to honor Nancy's life with a memorial donation are asked to consider the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation and the Children's Treatment Centre of Chatham-Kent— two causes that held special meaning to her and her family.
