He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Anna; his wife Annette Van De Hogen; his daughter Lisa Anne; and his siblings, Martin Van De (late Liz), John Van De (Mary), Adrian Van De (late Anne), Joe Van De Hogen (late Helen) and Annie Beuglet.
He is survived by: his son Jason Van De Hogen (Elaine); his grandchildren, Ian and Emily; and his siblings, Nellie Venclik (late Joe) and Frank Van De (Carol).
