Richard Carter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Carter of Blenheim, Ontario, who passed away on February 22, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Yvonne Robbins Carter; his daughter Pam (Dave); and his sibling-in-law Orion. He is survived by : his children, Kim Dickie (Randy), Geoff Carter (Crystal) and Jason Carter; his stepchildren, Michael (Joy), Shannon (Bryan), Timothy and Ellen; his siblings, Bruce, Donald and Marie; and his siblings-in-law, Greg and Vernell. He is also survived by the many nieces, and nephews.

Donations made in memory of Richard to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
