We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2021, Roger Joseph Stephenson of Blenheim, Ontario, born in Chatham, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stephenson and Mary Jane Stephenson; and his grandson Brett Kerr. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Stephenson; his children, Stephen Stephenson, Stephanie Kennedy (Jason), Lindsay Kerr (Gordon), Thomas Stephenson (Robin), Michael Stephenson and Elisa Stephenson (Patrick Haskell); his grandchildren, Alexis Stephenson, Christian Kerr, Abby Kerr, Matthew Stephenson, Trent Stephenson, Ella Haskell, Easton Haskell, Wyatt Stephenson and Jack Stephenson; his sister Bonnie Hood (late Al); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Stephenson (late James Jr.), Brian Stevenson (late Tina), Leigh Dietrich (late Ken), Marilyn Rugh (late Tom), Douglas Ross, Don Ross and Shirley Randall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.

“I'm very sad to learn of Roger's passing. Growing up in Comber, we had a fairly small group of kids in the same general age bracket, and as a result we were all great friends playing every sport and game together, and from time to time getting into mischief together. I remember so well Roger's sense of humour, devilish grin and all around good nature. He and his big brother Jim were inseparable and always great to be with. My sincere condolences to his family.”
