She was predeceased by: her son David Johnston; her parents, Donald MacKenzie and Etta MacKenzie; her brother Gerald MacKenzie; Carl and Florence Johnston.
She is survived by: her husband Keith Johnston; her children, Donna, Gord Stute of Brussels, Carla and Rob Moorehead of Stratford; her children-in-law, Kim Johnston and Ryan Courtney of Bluevale; her grandchildren, Cody Stute, Regan Stute, Dawson Currie, Tyler Layton, Camryn Talbot, Jacob Layton, Megan Moorehead, Ryan McLeish, Cooper Moorehead, Cindy Huynh, Myles Johnston, Megan Metske, Lola Johnston, Kipp Johnston and Brycen Courtney; her siblings, Gordon, Carol MacKenzie, Cathy and Pete Robson; and her pet Sophie.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Wingham Sportsman Club (209 Royal Rd, Wingham, ON N0G2W0).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to London Health Sciences Foundation would be appreciated, and may be made though McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham.
