She was predeceased by: her parents, Athol Bruce and Grace Bruce (Rae Breckenridge); her siblings, Doug, Elmer Bruce, Lillian Campbell (Lorne), Norma Gurnett (Des), Myrna and Muriel Bruce; and her siblings-in-law, Ora Bruce, Roma Nicholson (Gordon), Wilda Tretheway (Les), Dale, Barry and Alan Breckenridge.
She is survived by: her children, Eric, Deborah Ross of Brussels, Cameron Ross and Darcey Cooke of Listowel; her grandchildren, Amy, Candice (Chris), Christopher, Jeremy, Elizabeth, Jamie (Amanda), Tyler, Melissa and Thomas; her great grandchildren, Hudson, Evelynn, Emmalee, Tanner, Sloane, Josie, Kinsley, Kash, Baylor and Cayson; her brother Arnold Bruce of Huronlea, Brussels.; and her siblings-in-law, Brenda Perrie of Brussels and Fran Breckenridge of Wingham.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the McBurney Funeral Home (35 Patrick St W, Wingham, ON N0G2W0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Bluevale Community Committee or Wingham & District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
