The passing of Wayne Day of Bluevale, Ontario leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 20, 2026 at the age of 87. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Day and Margaret Day (Pat Schiestel); his great grandchild Charlee Chapman; and his siblings, Grant Day and Ioan Gilbert (Jim).
He is survived by: his children, Tracey, Terry Carter of Exeter, Kelly, Gord Greer of Palmerston, Brent and Terrie Day of Dorchester; his grandchildren, Keshia (Travis), Kelsey (Cory), Brandon, Breanna, Melissa (Mike), Tasha (Andy) and Chantal; his sister-in-law Linda Day; and his niece Lori Grein (Warren).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bluevale Hall (13 Clyde St, Bluevale, ON N0G1G0).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by Wayne's family.
