He was predeceased by : his son Tom; and his grandson Jonathan. He is survived by : his wife Alice Mary Chambers (Rush); his children, Bill (Kathryn) and Susan (Pat); and his grandchildren, Tommy (Kristyn), Aaron (April), Will (Amy), Derek (Cat), Jessica (James) and Sam (Shannon).
