He was predeceased by: his parents, Percival Barker and Sarah "Sadie" Barker (Farr); his siblings, Keith, Jean and Ross; his wife Norma Torrance; his grandson Jack Mallek; and his great grandchild Callie Popham.
He is survived by: his children, Lynne Elliott (Roger), Carol Foutz (Brian), Joy Barker Mallek (Jay) and Steven Barker (Joanne); and his grandchildren, Jim Elliott (Carmen), Carolyn Rygiel (Tom), Joanna Brown (BJ), Kevin Elliott (Michelle), Bethany Foutz Popham (Nick), Daniel Foutz (Laine), James Mallek, Kayla Barton (Dan), Karissa Barker, Jess Duff (Patrick) and Jacob Barker. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
