It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrie Scott Owen (Bolton, Ontario), who passed away on February 11, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Bob Owen; his brother-in-law Evan Kitchen; and his mother-in-law Maria Torok. He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Owen; his sons, Scott Robert and Ryan Nicholas; his mother Fay Owen; his siblings, Todd Owen (Carol) and Janie Cutler (Warren); his father-in-law Nick Torok; and his brother-in-law Steve Torok (Susan). He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends.
