He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Holding (Tom); his parents, William Holding and Gladys Holding (Truax); and his siblings, Bill Holding and Virginia Kay (Holding).
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Smith (Holding) and Mary Holding; his grandchildren, Iain Smith and Noah Labelle-Holding; and his son-in-law Adam Smith. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and his many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Egan Funeral Home (203 Queen St S, Bolton, ON L7E2C6). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
