He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Margaret (Lipsett); his children, Norval, Cheryl Lawder (Lewis), Debbie Smith (Mike), Rick (Linda), Brent (Diane), Judy Henderson (Andy), Sandy, Earl (late Kim) and Tracey Burkitt (Adam); his parents, John Ernest (JE) and Jean (Munro); and his siblings, Laurene (Gordon), Elmer (Hilda), Viola (Harold), John (Shirley), Beryle (Emil), Edwin (Betty), Ted (Doreen), Lorna (Don), Lorne (Doreen), LaVerne, Norman (Mary), Reginald and Calvin (Judy). He was also cherished by his 21 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
