He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Monaco and Maria Monaco. He is survived by: his wife Anna; his daughters, Mary (Tony) and Elizabeth (Michael); his grandchildren, Marc, Samantha, Vanessa and John; and his siblings, Michele (Franca) and Anna. He is also survived by nephews, extended family members and friends.
