He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Sapusak and Theresa Sapusak; his wife Lynn; and his siblings, Larry and Theresa (George Dean).
He is survived by: his sons, Dave (Jen), Curtis and Kevin; his grandchildren, Kayla and Gavin; and his siblings, Carol (Tom White), Jim (Sharon), Nick (Marg), Gary (Dianne), Paul (Doody), Steve, Debbie (Paul Carson) and Peter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
